चौरी चौरा/गोरखपुर। चौरी चौरा तहसील क्षेत्र के ब्रह्मपुर ब्लॉक स्थित प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (पीएचसी) पर स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाएं पूरी तरह पटरी से उतर चुकी हैं। सरकार की सख्त हिदायतों के बावजूद ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में डॉक्टरों की मनमानी चरम पर है, जिससे दूर-दराज से आने वाले गरीब मरीज बेहाल हैं।बिना डॉक्टर के चल रहा अस्पतालप्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पर डॉक्टरों की तैनाती का आधिकारिक समय सुबह 8:00 बजे से दोपहर 2:00 बजे तक निर्धारित है। इसके बावजूद, आज सुबह 10:15 बजे तक अस्पताल में एक भी डॉक्टर अपनी ड्यूटी पर मौजूद नहीं था। हैरान करने वाली बात यह है कि तब तक दूर-दराज के गांवों से आए 12 मरीजों का रजिस्ट्रेशन हो चुका था। बीमार मरीज इलाज की आस में काउंटर से पर्ची कटवाकर डॉक्टर साहब के केबिन के बाहर जमीन और बेंच पर बैठकर इंतजार करने को मजबूर थे।दोआबा क्षेत्र में डॉक्टरों की मनमानी, विभाग मौनस्थानीय नागरिकों का कहना है कि यह कोई पहली घटना नहीं है। दोआबा क्षेत्र के स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर डॉक्टरों का देर से आना या गायब रहना अब आम बात हो चुकी है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के जिम्मेदार अधिकारी इस पूरी मनमानी से वाकिफ हैं, लेकिन इसके बावजूद विभाग पूरी तरह मौन साधे हुए है। स्थानीय लोगों में इस प्रशासनिक उदासीनता को लेकर भारी आक्रोश है। ग्रामीणों ने जिले के उच्च अधिकारियों से इस मामले की जांच कर लापरवाह डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।
वही इस संबंध में जिला अधिकारी दीपक मीणा से बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि मामला दिखवा रहे।
