दोस्त के नाम पर फर्जी आईडी लगाकर हड़पे थे पैसे, मांगने पर पहचान से किया इंकार
गोरखपुर। शाहपुर थाना पुलिस ने कूटरचित दस्तावेज तैयार कर धोखाधड़ी करने वाले एक वांछित अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की है। गिरफ्तार आरोपी के खिलाफ पहले से ही धोखाधड़ी समेत कई गंभीर धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज था।
पुलिस के अनुसार, आरोपी बेचू चौधरी पुत्र रामवृक्ष निवासी सेमरा नं. 2 थाना गुलरिहा, जनपद गोरखपुर (स्थायी पता—मोरवन थाना रामकोला, जनपद कुशीनगर) को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। उसके खिलाफ थाना शाहपुर में मु0अ0सं0 72/2025 धारा 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120बी भादवि के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज है।
घटना के अनुसार, आरोपी ने वादी से पहले 16 लाख रुपये उधार लिए थे। इसके बाद उसने अपने एक मित्र के व्यापार में नुकसान होने का बहाना बनाकर उसी वादी से दोबारा 15 लाख रुपये और ले लिए। आरोपी ने जिस मित्र के नाम पर पैसे लिए, उसी की फर्जी आईडी तैयार कर रकम हड़प ली। जब वादी ने पैसे वापस मांगे, तो आरोपी ने उसे पहचानने से ही इंकार कर दिया।
पीड़ित की तहरीर के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर पुलिस ने जांच शुरू की और कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस द्वारा अग्रिम विधिक कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
